Important Information:

  • $125 deposit will be required at the time of registration to secure a spot on the team. (Not completing this portion during the registration process could result in a loss of your child’s spot on the team.)
  • Below is the cheer payment schedule:
    • 1st payment is due at the time of registration
    • 2nd payment is due at the parent meeting (May 4th)
    • 3rd/Final payment is due before the 1st practice (August 10th)
    • The parent meeting information will be shared with those who fully complete a cheer registration.
  • General Practice Scheduling Times:
    • Jr. Hornets (6th-8th) – 6:00-8:00​ pm
    • Mondays and Wednesdays

Britta’ny Kendrick serves as the Hiram’s Mini Hornets Head Cheerleading Coach. She cheered in high school for the (Marietta blue devils). Coach Britta’ny has been with the Mini hornets since 2019 she started out Serving as Team Mom. She’s excited and honored to be returning in her 4th season as a Coach with the Hiram family. She is a mother of two beautiful daughters who also cheer so it’s a family affair with the Hiram Hornets . Coach Britta’ny truly enjoys and loves every aspect of cheering. She’s excited about what’s to come and looking forward to seeing what the next cheer season brings for our new cheer season.

Meet Coach Dukes, she is a proud Golden Ram who earned her Bachelor’s of Art in Psychology at the Unsinkable Albany State University. She is a dynamic and passionate cheer coach on a mission to inspire and empower young athletes! With 4 years of coaching experience, her journey began as a team mom for our Baby Buzz team and evolved into coaching the Jr. Hornet middle school team. Her love for cheerleading ignited at a young age, and she has cheered with organizations like the Redan Raiders, Jr. Falcons, Tigers, as well as a varsity cheerleader and captain in high school.

When not on the field she is a proud mother of 3 scholar athletes who are a part of the feeder program as well from football to cheer. Coach Dukes loves being on the beach or somewhere trying new adventures. Most importantly she loves spending time with family and friends.

Coach Dukes can’t wait to work with her upcoming team and watch them achieve their goals on and off the field ! Let’s get it Hornets !
